Allotments

 At present, there are two different sites in Aberystwyth for allotments, Caeffynnon and Fifth Avenue near Penparcau village. The Fifth Avenue site is the larger one with 27 plots at £42 each annually.  The Caeffynnon site has only 7 plots at £39 each annually.  The allotments are secured with padlock and key.  Although there is an annual fee, there are rules governing the use of allotment space and failure to adhere to them may result in termination of the yearly license.
